I told my closest friends i was a furry and it was one of the most heartwarming moments of my life, how was it for you

A few days ago i finnally opened up to one of my closest friend about being a furry, i was really nervous but managed to tell him everithing (i was also slightly drunk so that probably helped too) and he was really supportare and was really happy that I decided to be honest whit him.

The next day i found the courage (this time not drunk at all) and told the same thing to the rest of my friends and they too were very supportive and said i shouldn’t be ashame of what I am and i never felt better in my life, and after that I also found out that one of those fiends was also a furry!

So now i’m wondering how was the first time you told someone about yourself? Where they supportive?

And lastly remember that even if nobody you know supports you there will always be much more people ready to help you out no matter what, so stay positive!
