Could you please help me identify this fursuit

Hello everyone, I’ve been trying to identify this fursuit but I coudnt find any trace or proof that it existed before it was bought, one of the things I am most curious of is it’s tail (I really want big spikey tail that wags with me) And what was it’s price before it was bought and I will very appreciate if you tell me and give me tips on getting or making a tail like this. The fursuit and paws are fantasitc but I’m not sure what animal or specie it is though, I have hard time naming details them and their details 🙁
