Hi! Looking for an artist to do a ref sheet for my Sea Lion sona

See title! I’ve lurked in the scene for a long time but am new to actually interacting with people in the community, so don’t really know how best to go about this. I have some description of my sona with things like colors, personality, physical appearance, etc. as well as a (bad) sketch. My budget is ~$100 – $150, I am not really sure what the standard rates for this sort of thing are though 😅
