How did you improve on your art style?

Hey everyone, I’ve recently started a hand in drawing furries cuz i have a comic that centers around beast people. But my skills as a furry artist is still developing, as seen in this picture. It took me hours to get the features to where its acceptable for me 🙁

How did you guys improve on drawing animal characteristics? And how did you find your own style?
