How much should I charge for ref sheets?

I don’t know if i’m overpricing,but It’s hard for me to get clients. Especially last month- I only got 2 clients. Not just ref sheets,but just in general- and as a total. These ref sheets are ussually 40-45$, what would be a better price to charge? I’m desperate, since commissions are a big part of my income.
